Before I review this film, I would like to take some time to tell you. SEE THIS WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE!! This movie does not take itself seriously and you shouldn’t either. If someone you usually watch movies with usually critiques every mistake or does not like to laugh or enjoy terrible and lame humor. Do not take them. See this movie with people who have minds like 8th graders and it will make it better. If you don’t like these types of movies. Do not see it. Plain and simple.
On to the review, Unfinished Business is directed by Ken Scott and stars Vince Vaughn (Dan Trunkman), Tom Wilkinson (Timothy McWinters) and Dave Franco (Mike Pancake) as 3 idiot salesmen and honestly the only semi-memorable characters. Dave Franco’s character’s name is only memorable because it is the longest running gag in the film that should’ve ended after the first mention like everyone else’s but didn’t. It features Vince Vaughn in his usual role of a poor man who hates his job and wants to get out. He ends up leaving and going on a massive adventure that has more holes in it than Louisiana Roads, but this movie is nonetheless enjoyable.
This movie is very sexual and showcased more genitalia than a low budget gang bang. That is all that needs to be said on that matter.
I’m not going to be talking about the plot because it honestly would make less sense if I tried to explain it. But that’s not why you saw this movie so why do you care?
Through all of its flaws and mistakes. This movie was fun and entertaining to watch. If you take it seriously and notice the green screen in the first 30 minutes of the it then you’re obviously taking it way to seriously. This is a comedy through and though and you should treat it as such. If you want to relax and drift off to adventure time land then this is the movie for you.
